Discovery
The first step in our process is to understand your brand and define the objectives to meet your goals. We gather insights and understanding through an initial discovery call before we carefully analyse the findings to shape a clear and informed strategy to move forward.

Research
In this phase, we will conduct research both into your brand, but also into your competition. We’ll find out about your target audience, your competitors, what sets you apart, your goals and objectives and any other insights that will inform the design process.

Exploration
Once we have our foundation in place, we will begin the creative process by exploring strategic design solutions. We will present multiple creative design directions, and work collaboratively to choose the right one, after which we can develop considering any feedback.

Delivery
Finally, in the last phase we will bring together all designs and final assets you need, ensuring that you are ready to roll out the assets across all platforms. Working closely with you as the client, we will round off this journey making sure you are confident you have everything you need.
