Located in the south of England, Regency Wells, an estate agency, aimed to enhance its local real estate standing through the adoption of a modern and contemporary brand. The key focus was on appealing to young professionals looking for their next step on the property ladder. We developed a distinctive brand identity, complemented by a set of graphic elements that can be utilised both as a pattern and to construct house-like structures.
